Most appointments range from 60 to 120 minutes depending on root regrowth, number of highlights, and hair length or thickness. Your stylist will provide a more precise time estimate during booking based on your desired result.
When performed by our experienced stylists using quality products and proper processing, highlights cause minimal damage. We assess hair condition first and may recommend treatments, bond-building services, or spacing sessions to protect integrity while achieving the color you want.
Frequency depends on root growth, desired look, and upkeep. Typically clients return every 6–8 weeks for touch-ups; highlights may be spaced 8–12 weeks. Your stylist will recommend a personalized schedule for maintenance and hair health.
Yes — our stylists specialize in color matching. Through consultation and strand testing we choose formulas and highlight placement to seamlessly blend new color with your base, ensuring a natural, cohesive finish that complements your skin tone and personal style.
Use sulfate-free color-safe shampoo and conditioner, limit hot styling, and apply recommended weekly masks or bond treatments. Avoid excessive sun or chlorinated water. Your stylist will provide product recommendations and a tailored routine to maintain tone, shine, and hair health.
We recommend a patch test for first-time clients or when changing formulas to check for sensitivities. It's quick and helps ensure safety. If you're an existing client with no previous reactions, your stylist will advise whether testing is necessary.
